First up, is Mountain Vibe Rentals located in Reno, NV. Mari, and her husband, Sam, are the cofounders and offer rental services in Reno, Tahoe, and Truckee. Mountain Vibe offers an array of boho, rustic, modern, and vintage pieces- perfect for weddings set in beautiful Lake Tahoe or in an indoor venue with a blank canvas. From unique arches, textured rattan furniture, and brass candlesticks (pictured below), they have everything needed to set a beautiful scene. They also carry vintage rugs, glass goblets in EVERY color, and so much more!
Mountain Vibes Rentas also offers pre-styled lounges and packages to create an eye-catching vignette at your event. 3 Little Birds Event Planning
Next up, is 3 Little Birds Event Planning based in Burbank, CA, and serving Southern California. 3 Little Birds is also a husband and wife team and not only do they offer a wide variety of rentals, but they also plan and coordinate weddings + events! What we also love about them is that they have a little bit of everything for everyone.
They carry all of the basics needed for events such as tents, tablecloths, cutlery/dinnerware, chairs, heaters, and lighting. They also offer a nice mix of classic and rustic-styled specialty pieces. Whether you're planning a 250+ wedding in a ballroom or a rustic micro-wedding in a forest, you’ll find something here that will fit your needs.

Kelsea Claassen Photography
Kelsea is based in Carson City, NV, and serves the Reno-Tahoe area. She photographs weddings and special events as well as family, newborn, and maternity sessions. The earthy yet dramatic look of her photos always leaves my jaw dropped! She describes her style as warm, dreamy, and romantic while incorporating a mixture of posing and organic "lifestyle" photography. Check out her stunning work here. Simply Wandering Photo
You have got to check out Emily of Simply Wandering Photo! She’s based in the Portland, Oregon area, but also does tons of weddings in Southern California (her hometown) + travels throughout all of the US to photograph couples in love. When it comes to photography, there are all sorts of styles- from bright and airy, to dark and moody. What I love about Simply Wandering Photo, is that her edits are natural and “true to you” which makes for timeless photos. She’s got a niche for helping couples feel comfortable and considers her clients’ friends. She’s also got an amazing eye for flat lays and capturing those oh-so-lovely detail shots! Alyssa of Alyssa Jordan Photography is another talented Reno-Tahoe based photographer. Her soft, creamy editing style reminds me of modern film photography. Words cannot describe Camilia’s artistry. Her cookies are unbelievably beautiful! We know that some couples don’t want to go the traditional route (or they simply just don’t like cake!).
